Sally-Ann Provan is an award-winning milliner with a far reaching reputation for distinctive design, and a client base stretching round the world. She creates distinctive elegant modern millinery exploring form and surface pattern, using modern technologies and traditional techniques. She creates 2 directional capsule collections per year, and her timeless main collection is always available.

Through her bespoke service she designs headwear for her private clients for events, weddings, garden parties, investitures and racing, and also for opera, ballet, theatre and television.

After an Honours degree in Jewellery, Sally trained in couture millinery under the late Queen Mother's milliner, and in theatrical millinery with Jane Smith and The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.

She has shown internationally - including London Fashion Week, Origin, 'Dressed to Kilt' in New York, and ‘UK Now’ in Australia.

Her clients include several members of the Royal Family, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon, mezzo soprano Katherine Jenkins, broadcaster Charlotte Hawkins, The BBC, and Scottish Opera. Her work is featured in 4 books, and an album cover. Sally is featured in the film in new Fashion and Style Gallery at the National Museums of Scotland, and she has recently been appointed as a V&A Dundee Design Champion.
