Cove

Coast

Coast, is designed as a four-colour reversible blanket/cushion. One side inspired by the bold, rugged coastline of the Scotland, with the reverse revealing a more shadowed design. The piece evokes the tactile subtlety of letterpress printing and the combination of lambswool and elastic gives a sense of fluidity and depth.

Creel

This four-colour design is inspired by the vibrant woven lobster creels dotted around the coastline. The fading honeycomb background is broken up with flashes of stretch which gathers up the lambswool to create a unique surface and structure. Deliberately designed to create two distinct patterns and textures on each side.

Ink

Ink, a three-colour jacquard seeks to capture the sense of movement within nature. Drawings of wind swept grasses and tree branches informed this design. The result is a spontaneous, surprising design that can be worn showing the bright hue of the elastic or the subtle imprints on the reverse.

Ridge

A two-colour reverse jacquard blanket influenced by the surrounding dramatic mountains found in the far North West of Scotland. Colour inspiration comes from the rusted sheds, washed up debris, lobster creels and the evergreen tones of the forest.

Shadow

This four-colour jacquard cushion is influenced by the various shapes and textures found growing on trees and rocks. A tactile cushion that on one side has the vibrancy of elastic circles and the other with the relief form of this shape. Edged in a contrasting hue.
