The Central Scotland School of Craft is offering subsidised places for Stirlinghire locals on their programme of craft workshops.
The Central Scotland School of Craft are delighted to be working with Scene Stirling, Creative Scotland and Stirling Council to deliver a number of fully subsidised places for Stirlinghire locals on their annual programme of craft workshops.
These funded places are intended for people on a low income, who might otherwise be excluded from the opportunity to participate. Through this scheme the Central Scotland School of Craft hopes to remove barriers to creative education that some might face in light of current financial hardships.
Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants should be residents of the wider Stirling area, and those living in rural areas in which similar opportunities are less accessible will be prioritised
- Subsidised places are intended for those on lower incomes, for example in receipt of benefits or universal credit
